I struggle with the menopause and hot flushes most nights.
I purchased these as I know they work after taking them I do feel less stressed and no longer snapping.
I did try the subscription on Amazon, but after having issues with them and not accepting any of my debit cards,I found them cheaper in Superdrug.
The tablets are big but after a while you get use to taking
